This book invites you to explore why college education needs restructuring and how to re-design the institution to achieve mass access to a quality college education. Education has adopted every technological tool. However, the classroom learning process has not changed since the 19th Century. What the author proposes in this book is adopting successful elements of mass customization into the core of the learning process of college education.

The implementation strategy explored in this book includes:

(1) determining what parts of the learning process can lend itself to automation and what elements must remain intact,

(2)  identifying what level of education (e.g., undergraduate, but not pre-school) can adopt the hybrid system effectively

(3) defining how to transform an educational institution in successive transitional stages.
